Natural, tactile materials and open spaces frame sweeping views across Brisbane.

The owner, a second generation builder, lived in the original property prior to developing it and was passionate about creating a new home equal to its spectacular location.

P1 Home Interior Design - open plan kitchen and dining area with white cabinetry, marble island, and sliding glass doors leading to outdoor seating with trees in the background.
P1 Home Interior Design - minimalist kitchen with white walls, marble island, brass accents, and black appliances.
P1 Home Interior Design - a man and a black dog in a modern, minimalist kitchen with white cabinets, a marble island, and large glass doors.
P1 Home Interior Design - mud room with timber panelled wall and seat, brass accents, and a view through to the open plan living area beyond.

Brass, stone and polished plaster act as luxurious counterpoints to the exposed concrete structure and powdercoat finished utilitarian items.

Built-in joinery is finely detailed and feature lighting has been selected to highlight key areas within the home.
