RY Brickworks: Closing the loop between digital and physical

The jumping off point for RY.com.au’s first bricks and mortar store was to consider the space as a gallery.
Colourful products are grouped together as single, framed elements within the space much like a colourful, abstract canvas hanging on a gallery wall.
Beyond the retail area visitors will discover a discreetly tucked away boutique salon and beauty treatment space.
Customers can enjoy face-to-face interactions that engage all of their senses whilst, at the same time, logging on to the website for more detailed product information, reviews and click and collect services.
