M2 Home: A sensitively restored worker’s cottage

This early 1900s worker's cottage needed a significant makeover to suit the local rental market without losing its heritage character.

Clever planning revisions allowed the addition of an extra bedroom and an open plan living and dining area to the rear of the home. Heritage details were exposed and retained whilst a complete overhaul of the finishes, fittings and joinery created a standout investment property.
